Residential Services
At Patton Pest Control we offer pest control solutions for homes. We treat for spiders, roaches, earwigs, ants, wasps, carpenter ants, carpenter bees, mice, and bed bugs among other common household pests.
Services can be performed on a bi-monthly or quarterly frequency; however, if you have a different schedule in mind give us a call and we can work up a quote for your specific situation.
Quarterly Service

Initial interior and exterior inspection and treatment

Ongoing treatments scheduled quarterly

Guaranteed results as long as you stay current. We will come back between treatments if pests return for no additional charge
Bed Bug Treatments

Customer completes provided checklist

Technician treats for bed bugs.

Treated area must remain unoccupied for at least 4-6 hours

Typically a one time treatment with a follow up inspection

Bed bugs are always a separate contract/service than anything else
Roach Service

Interior inspection to assess treatment plan

Typically a monthly contracted service until roaches are eradicated
Voles

Typically a bi-weekly service until they are gone
